Frequently asked questions

Is the website secure?

Yes. The website is hosted by GoDaddy and all of the personal information is stored and used correctly. Payments are processed through PayPal so we never see any of your sensitive card details and nor does anyone else.

Can I place orders from outside the UK?

Currently no, sorry. Orders can only be accepted via the website shop from within the UK. However Customers from outside the UK can just email us and we'll do the rest.

What are the delivery times?

Our aim is that orders placed before 2pm will be despatched same day on a 'next-working day' UPS service (two working days for Highlands & N.I.) N.B. UPS working days are Mon-Fri 08:00-18:00. Deliveries required on Saturdays must be ordered direct and not on the website.  

Orders placed after 2pm will be processed during the following working day.

How will my order be shipped?

We use UPS to deliver our shipments, unless Royal Mail Special Delivery is more appropriate based on the size/weight of a parcel. The Mainland UK UPS service is 'by the end of the next working day'. If you require a guaranteed AM or Saturday delivery please contact us before placing the order.

Will I receive an invoice?

Yes, we issue a VAT Invoice for every order received, which will either be sent in the parcel with the Goods, or it will be emailed to you as a pdf. The Invoice will be addressed to the name you provide at the time of ordering.

What payment methods are accepted?

Orders placed on the website are paid through PayPal.

If you want to pay by another method then contact us by email and we will email you an Invoice which you can pay by card or by BACS bank transfer.
