The Buyer has a cooling off period of 14 days after the date on which the Goods are delivered to cancel the Contract and return the Goods and receive a full refund of the Purchase price. Any cancellation during the cooling off period must be given by written notice. The Buyer must return all unwanted Goods within 14 days of the date of written notification of cancellation, unless agreed in advance with us. To be eligible for a return, the Goods must be un-opened and in the same condition they were received and in the original packaging. Goods that have been opened by the Buyer will not be accepted for return under any circumstances. To be eligible for a refund or exchange the Goods must be sent with a Return Authorisation Number shown, which must be obtained from us prior to returning the Goods. Please do not send your Goods back to us until a Return Authorisation Number has been issued.

There are certain situations where no refunds will be granted: Any item not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error; Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after seven days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Goods can only be exchanged if they are defective or damaged. Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item being returned is found to be defective, in which case the return shipping costs will be refunded.
